We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Refunds are available under the
following conditions:
- Duplicate payment: In case of accidental duplicate charges, the extra payment will be
refunded in full.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- If the student's account has been terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
- For promotional or discounted enrollments (e.g., coupon-based purchases), unless otherwise stated.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Send an email to Contactberam@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Step 2: Include your full name, registered email, enrollment date, and reason for the
refund.
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
- All refunds are processed through Cashfree's secure refund system.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
